Make sure you double n triple check information from Antonio. We traveled 500 miles out of our way and 2 days wasted on our trip to get a key made. He confirmed they had the key, when we arrived in town, he told us they actually dont have the key. WTH!

Manager here is a joke. They have a couple of guys that give good customer service but other than that don't even bother. You have to call to Albuquerque to make an appointment. Albuquerque forgets about you and never delivers a message. You go into the Santa Fe store to find out what's going on and nobody knows what's happening. I gave them multiple tries to fix customer service but I decided to move on.

Territorial Key Lock & Safe is great. I called three companies in Santa Fe to rekey doors for a commercial building, and they were the only company to actually show up. Additionally, I have duplicate keys made here a few times a year and have never received a dud (unlike Ace, Home Depot, etc. which have given me many nonfunctioning keys).
